Day 220 of 365 Days of Silver ~~ Grateful or Free Books!

“A room without books is like a body without a soul.”
~~ Marcus Tullius Cicero

“I have always imagined that Paradise will be a kind of library.”
~~ Jorge Luis Borges

“Outside of a dog, a book is man’s best friend. Inside of a dog it’s too dark to read.”
~~ Groucho Marx

So the other day I mentioned on my Facebook page that I was looking for something to read—something new and different. I got a huge list of wonderful suggestions. I was trying to pick one out of the amazing list—and one was going to be about it as the very real possibility of getting fired means I have to be careful with money for a bit—when three different authors gave me books!

I was stunned!

First Kate Pavelle, and that included a book by hers that I’ve really been wanting to read—Wild Horses.

Then the sexy and sweet Edmond Manning sent me King Perry! I could kick myself for having not read this book already, and now I have no excuse!

And finally Jana Denardo sent me two, including Kept Tears—yet a third book I’ve been wanting to read!

I am overwhelmed with their generosity.

I know that I am getting more and more into line with what the Universe wants for me, what I want for me, and who I want to be.

Part of that has been reading really positive stuff lately, including a book that has been very important in my life, The Secret by

It has reminded me that Thoughts Become Things. Sitting around thinking I will get fired can only mean that I bring on that firing energy.

I choose now to read some wonderful books, and to write write write for the next four days!

Thank you so much Kate, Edmund and Jana.

You just don’t know….

B.G. Thomas

PS: Lori Alden Holuta sent me her books “The Flight to Brassbright” and “The Steamkettle Kids Save the Day!” Squeeeeeee!!!
